When you give online, our payment processor (SWYCHR) handles your payment details directly; we do not store your card or mobile money credentials on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to respond to your request, confirm appointments or donations, send you church updates you've subscribed to, and improve pastoral care. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate this platform: SWYCHR for payment processing, Brevo for sending email notifications, and Neon for secure database hosting. Each of these providers processes data only as needed to perform their specific function for us.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Simple preferences, such as your chosen language or whether animations are enabled, are stored only on your own device and are never shared with us or any third party.
5. Data Retention
We retain donation and appointment records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, pastoral follow-up, and legal compliance. You may request that we delete your personal information at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
6. Prayer Requests
Prayer requests marked as confidential are shared only with our pastoral team. Requests not marked confidential may be shared more broadly within the church for corporate prayer, at our discretion and always with care.
7. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.
